Our main task was to create a convenient and user-friendly interface that would contain a lot of data and analytics. The platfrom should help construction developers to create projects and allocate them to brokers easily; brokers to close the deals and sales managers to be able to present buildings or apartments to their customers.
We designed a user-friendly, data-rich interface for AIRES that made complex analytics easy to navigate for construction developers, brokers, and sales managers. Our work included wireframing, high-fidelity design, and development, with a focus on ensuring the platform’s usability while displaying a large volume of data. The final design featured intuitive layouts, interactive features, and seamless navigation, enabling users to efficiently create projects, allocate tasks, and present properties to clients.
The research phase laid the groundwork for the AIRES platform by identifying user needs, prioritizing features, and defining the app’s structure. By understanding the pain points and workflows of different user groups, we ensured the platform would deliver value to all stakeholders.
To steer the design process, we crafted comprehensive user personas representing key audience segments: landlords, investors, and sales representatives. These personas outlined distinct goals, pain points, and workflows, providing valuable insights that allowed us to design a platform tailored to the unique needs and expectations of each user group. This approach ensured the interface and features were not only relevant but also highly effective in addressing their specific challenges.
Leveraging the RICE framework, we carefully evaluated and prioritized features to ensure the platform delivered maximum value. Key functionalities such as project creation, inventory allocation, adding brokers and sales representatives, and managing unit sales and reservations were identified as top priorities. These essential features formed the core of the app’s functionality, striking a balance between robust capabilities and user-friendly simplicity.
The app map offered a comprehensive blueprint of the platform’s structure, clearly outlining navigation flows and the relationships between features. This visual representation ensured logical organization, enabling users to navigate effortlessly and complete tasks with ease. Additionally, it served as an essential reference throughout the design and development stages, ensuring alignment and consistency across the project.
The design phase for AIRES focused on creating a user-centered experience that seamlessly integrates the needs of construction developers, brokers, and sales managers. From initial wireframes to interactive prototypes, each stage was carefully crafted to ensure clarity, usability, and alignment with the platform’s complex functionality. Our approach combined thoughtful layouts, a polished visual style, and engaging interactions to deliver an intuitive and efficient solution.
We started with mid-fidelity wireframes to define the structure and layout of key features. These wireframes allowed us to map out user flows for tasks like project creation, inventory allocation, and unit reservation. By focusing on functionality and navigation, we ensured that the foundation was clear and intuitive for all user types.
We then developed a design concept inspired by the sophistication of architecture magazines and classic graphic design principles. This aesthetic prioritized clarity, structure, and elegance, perfectly complementing the platform’s professional nature. A carefully curated color palette, refined typography, and well-defined visual hierarchy were employed to balance the platform’s data-rich interface with a polished and accessible design, enhancing both usability and visual appeal.
Building on the design concept, the UI design phase transformed the vision into a tangible and engaging experience with clean layouts and meticulously crafted visual elements. The aesthetic drew inspiration from the structure and elegance of architectural publications, combining modernity with timeless sophistication. Custom-designed icons, charts, and interactive components seamlessly aligned with this style, presenting complex data in a manner that was both intuitive and visually captivating.
To validate the designs and refine user interactions, we developed interactive prototypes that closely simulated real-world use cases. These prototypes enabled us to test key elements such as navigation, animations, and transitions in a practical context.
User feedback gathered during these tests guided final adjustments, ensuring the platform delivered a seamless, intuitive, and user-centric experience.
The unit inventory feature provides sales reps with a comprehensive overview of available, sold, and reserved units, enabling them to manage and track inventory effortlessly.
With detailed unit insights at their fingertips, sales reps can explore specifications, pricing, and availability, helping them make informed decisions.
We designed a dedicated app for sales reps, optimized for tablet use, to enhance client presentations. This tool allows sales reps to showcase available units with detailed visuals, interactive floor plans, and key information, creating an engaging experience for potential clients. The app ensures sales reps can present properties professionally and effectively, no matter where they are.
The purchase unit feature streamlines the buying process. Users are guided step-by-step to provide or review essential details, including unit specifications, buyer and broker information, parking preferences, privacy consent, and Fintrac compliance. A final review step ensures accuracy before completing the transaction. This intuitive flow simplifies complex procedures, making it easy for users to confidently finalize their purchases.
The manage building feature empowers users to efficiently update and maintain building information. Designed with flexibility and ease of use in mind, it ensures that construction developers and brokers can keep their project details accurate and up-to-date with minimal effort.
