Senior UX/UI Designer

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial experience in UX/UI design
• Experience in preparing and conducting UX research
• High level of mastery of Figma (auto layout, variables, prototyping, etc.)
• Ability to create a design that meets the client’s needs
• Strong design portfolio highlighting UX/UI skills in niches: Web3, AI&Tech, Fintech, Edtech, E-Commerce
• English level – Upper-Intermediate/Advanced
• Great attention to detail and passion for clean, functional, and user-oriented design

Responsibilities:

• Create websites, landing pages, and internal studio projects
• Research users, analyze competitors, and conduct primary research
• Present and argue your design decisions
• Participate in direct communication with customers
• Work with a team of UX/UI designers, 3D artists, motion designers, and developers to achieve the best results

It will be a plus:

• Designers’ mentoring skills
• Possessing the skills of working with web analytics
• Ability to work with Webflow, Framer, Flutter, and other No-code tools
