Our sales team requires an experienced, ambitious, people and business-oriented Senior Sales Specialist ready to conquer new markets and results-driven!
You will work closely with senior management and the marketing department, playing a vital role in the company.
Senior Sales Specialist
What will be an advantage:
— At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Specialist in IT companies
— Sales experience in B2B services
— Advanced level of English (spoken and written)
— Experience with CRM systems and Sales/Marketing tools
— Experience in preparing project proposals (together with Dev theme)
— Knowledge and understanding of sales strategy
— Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
— Ability to think analytically, listen and argue decisions, and be energetic, proactive, friendly, independent, and autonomous in all processes.
Your future goals and objectives:
— Manage all client communication and deal closing
— Working with the Pipedrive CRM system
— Testing new hypotheses and finding new solutions for sales direction (together with the growth theme)
— Participation in the implementation of the company’s commercial strategy
— Building long-term partnerships with client
— Market research, customer trends, and competition in the market
— Improving existing sales channels and researching new ones to achieve the best performance
