Junior Project Manager

Requirements:

• 1+ years of commercial Project Management experience working with design and development teams
• Knowledge of web development and UI/UX basics
• Demonstrated knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Experience in using ClickUp or other project management software
• Experience in assessing the scope of work of the project and its prioritization
• Effective communicator dealing with both technical and non-technical people
• Good time management, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Advanced English both spoken and written

Responsibilities:

•  Coordinate the project (websites, landing pages, branding, and art projects) from brief to launch
• Monitoring task completion, project team’s workload, removing roadblocks, communicating progress to stakeholders
• Organizing and maintaining clear project documentation
• Managing the expectations both internally and externally
• Develop solutions to problems during the project
• Keep the team working towards the same goal
