HR Manager

What you’ll do:

1. Supporting the work of the Kyiv office
2. HR Event management (preparation of corporate gifts and merchandise, organization of holidays)
3. Total management of employee life-cycle – onboarding, retention, support and offboarding
4. Learning & Development (organization and control of internal and external training for the team)
5. Participation in the development and implementation of HR strategy and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
6. Supporting and developing the company’s HR brand, ensuring a positive brand perception among potential and current employees
7. Organizing and conducting one-to-one meetings with employees to discuss their development, issues, and support
8. Development of the studio’s corporate culture
9. Collecting, analyzing, and evaluating eNPS among employees to determine their satisfaction and involvement in the processes
10. Developing, analyzing, and updating descriptions of HR business processes to improve their efficiency and the quality of the company’s work
11. Planning and conducting a Performance review

Your requirements:

• At least two years of experience in an HR role
• Experience in developing and implementing HR processes and best practices for the team
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusting relationships with the team
• Developed emotional intelligence, empathy, ability to listen and support
• Proactivity and initiative in work
• Intermediate level of English language skills.
