Phenomenon Studio is seeking a full-time Financial Analyst who can find the golden mean between business goals and efficient use of company resources.
Financial Analyst

Requirements:
- Experience from 2 years in the role of Financial Analyst/Financial Manager/Business Analyst in IT companies
- Experience in the field of B2B services
- English level – Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate
- Skills of working with tables, numbers, and documents
- Experience with financial reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow)
- Understanding of financial analytics, performance evaluation by key indicators
- Analytical thinking, attentiveness, the ability to listen and argue decisions, communication skills, independence, and autonomy in processes.
Responsibilities:
- Planning of key financial indicators of the company
- Preparation of financial budgets, reports and models (PnL, CashFlow)
- Optimizing studio costs and creating calculators to assess the effectiveness and profitability of certain processes/costs
- Preparation of conclusions and proposals regarding the financial activities of the company and control of their further implementation
- Compilation and control of the company’s balance sheet
- Reporting and performance evaluation of the company’s business units
- Assessment of financial risks, development of risk minimization strategies, and ensuring the company’s financial stability
- Compilation of reports on the profitability of each department
- Calculate the margin of each project.
