Account Manager

English level - Advanced Full-time Remote

We’re on the lookout for a passionate and energetic Account Manager to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for our clients, helping them navigate their journey with us, build strong relationships, understand their unique needs, and create tailored solutions that make a real difference.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager(bonus points if you have a background in outsourcing!)
  • Experience with invoicing and handling various payment systems – familiarity with issuing invoices and working with different payment methods is a must
  • Understanding of upsell and cross-sell processes – you know how to spot opportunities to expand services for clients and boost project value
  • Strong problem-solver with a proactive mindset – you tackle challenges head-on and think outside the box
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced English level

Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management
– Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients
– Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the company, ensuring smooth communication and alignment of goals
– Contract Negotiations and Renewals: оversee contract negotiations, renewals, and resolve any issues or conflicts
– Interact regularly with clients to provide feedback to understand their needs, challenges, and future goals

Customer Growth and Expansion
– Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services within existing clients
– Collaborate with sales and technical support to implement and offer additional services that align with client goals.
– Monitor and achieve upsell and cross-sell targets for managed clients

Invoicing and Payment Control
– Overseeing the process of signing contracts and choosing the schedule of upcoming payments
– Regularly issuing invoices to clients with subsequent communication and tracking of payments on issued invoices
– Working with debtors: payment control and communication with clients on issues of closing accounts receivable
– Regularly providing status updates and reports on client payments in Сash flow

Reporting and Documentation
– Maintain detailed records of interactions with clients, project details, and invoice activities
– Prepare and provide monthly/quarterly reports on client performance, key achievements, and areas for improvement
– Using CRM tools to track and manage interactions with clients, sales funnel activities, and opportunities
