2D Motion Designer

Phenomenon Studio is looking for an ideological and creative full-time 2D Motion Designer who is always ready to accept challenges, knows how to create high-quality art and is ready to develop with us.

Requirements:

• From 2 years of commercial experience in creating animated 2D videos and video editing
• Experience in creating dynamic and engaging user inerface animations
• Ability to animate characters at high level
• Knowledge of tools and methods of working with video for editing, combining and optimizing video (for example, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects)
• Basic skills of working with AI (image generation, working with voice acting, etc.)
• Possession artistic skills, kowledge of composition, color theory, typography, etc
• Enlgish level from Intermediate and above
• Initiative and willingness to learn new things
• Responsibility and attention to detail
• Self-organization and time management skills
• Orientation on the result

Responsibilities:

• Creation of animations for websites and mobile applications, for branding and any other products
• Work on new concepts of internal projects
• Work closely with a team of UI designers, Illustrators, developers and clients to create consistent and cool designs
• Communicating with clients, presenting their ideas to them

Will be a plus:

• Basic knowledge of user interface design development processes
• Experience creating animations for UI design (for sites, mobile applications, etc.)
• 2D skills, graphic design skills
• Knowledge of animation (video) formats necessary for implementation in the code

• Flexibility in processes and KPIs (we are always focused on results)
• A team of people with an open-minded thinking
• Full-time and part-time schedule with a loyal approach and autonomy in processes
• Convenient and comfortable office in Kyiv with the possibility of remote or hybrid work
• 18 working days of vacation per year
