We never miss a chance to attend events to showcase our achievements and the impact we bring to the tech community while learning from industry leaders. This time was no exception: our Head of Sales, Ksenia Shalya, and Co-founder, Polina Chebanova, attended the recent TNW Conference in Amsterdam on June 20–21.
Unveiling TNW: The Epicenter of Tech
The TNW Conference is a two-day technology event held in the greater Amsterdam area, where industry leaders and tech enthusiasts come together to explore how technology will help us reclaim the future. For 2024, the conference featured nearly 300 speakers sharing fresh and unique insights, 190+ exhibiting companies showcasing their work, and a startup program that helped many startups gain a competitive edge. With thousands of attendees, the event provided numerous networking opportunities, blending the benefits of a conference with the energy of a festival. It’s a unique experience where attendees can do business, get inspired, meet industry peers, and enjoy every minute.
Spotlight on Innovation
The TNW Conference covered a wide array of groundbreaking topics, offering a glimpse into the future of technology. For those weary of AI dominating the conversation, the conference spotlighted transformative technologies like Quantum Computing, Extended Realities, IoT, and Web 3.0. These dynamite technologies promise to ignite a tech revolution.
Another major theme was Sustainable Futures, emphasizing the integration of sustainability, ethics, diversity, and societal impact in tech innovation. This theme called on tech leaders to drive progress responsibly and shape a future where innovation aligns with positive societal outcomes.
MarTech also took center stage, highlighting how digital innovation revolutionizes customer engagement, brand experiences, and creative design. The Pixels & Profit sessions showcased the latest marketing technology, demonstrating how cutting-edge tools transform marketing, branding, and design.
With these diverse and forward-thinking topics, the TNW Conference provided attendees with valuable insights and inspiration for the future of technology.

Beyond Technology: Embracing Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion at TNW
At the TNW Conference, the focus extended beyond just technology, highlighting the critical importance of sustainability and inclusion. One standout event was the second edition of the DEI Coalition, which created a dedicated space for diversity, equity, and inclusion programming throughout the two-day conference. This initiative showcased various projects, celebrated significant achievements, and facilitated discussions to accelerate DEI within the tech industry.
Attendees could engage in DEI-focused dialogues, participate in mentoring sessions and workshops, and connect with like-minded individuals committed to driving positive change. As a company, we greatly appreciated this focus on sustainability and inclusion, recognizing these topics’ crucial role in shaping a responsible and forward-thinking tech industry.
