Currently, our Sales Department needs an experienced, ambitious, people and business-oriented Sales Lead/Senior Sales Manager, who is ready to conquer new markets and is focused on results! You will work in close cooperation with C-level management and the marketing department, playing one of the key roles in the company and shaping the strategies of the Sales Department.
Requirements:
- Experience from 2 years in the role of Lead/Senior Sales Manager in service IT companies
- Sales experience in the field of B2B services
- English level – Advanced/Fluent (spoken and written)
- Experience in preparing project proposals and estimates (together with the Dev team)
- Experience in working with KPI or OKR system
- The presence of leadership skills with the ability to motivate and evaluate the effectiveness of the sales team
- Ability to think analytically and systematically, effectively plan one’s work, develop action plans, and maintain an easy and proactive communication style.
Responsibilities:
- Analysis and optimization of the sales funnel to achieve effective results
- Communication with clients and deals closing
- Monitoring and improving sales performance and team performance
- Participation in the formation of the studio’s pricing policy and the development of new package offers
- Management and mentoring of the sales team
- Market research, customer trends, and market competition
- Improvement of existing sales channels and research of new ones
- Regular reporting and data filling in CRM
