Despite partnering with forward-thinking global brands, Suzy’s website no longer reflected the scale or innovation of their platform. The outdated design, duplicated content, and lack of product visualization made it difficult for users to understand Suzy’s capabilities.
The business goal was to create a scalable digital experience that clearly communicates their value, highlights new features, and simplifies complex offerings through custom illustrations and intuitive page architecture. At the same time, the redesign needed to strengthen brand perception and establish Suzy as the market leader in consumer insights.
Our collaboration with Suzy began with a thorough analysis of competitors and market leaders to define industry benchmarks and uncover opportunities for differentiation. This research shaped the sitemap and page structure, ensuring the new website aligned with business goals while delivering a seamless user experience. From there, we developed wireframes that prioritized clarity and intuitive navigation, mapping out how users would interact with the platform. These early drafts set the foundation for exploring design directions through moodboards, which helped us establish a visual style that balanced Suzy’s innovative spirit with professional credibility.
In the UI design phase, the vision came to life. We integrated custom illustrations to communicate complex features in a simple way, and paired them with bold typography and modern layouts for a dynamic look. The final responsive mockups delivered a cohesive, scalable system that feels consistent across all devices.
By combining strategic research with thoughtful design execution, we created a digital presence for Suzy that reflects their leadership in consumer research and empowers them to stand out in a competitive market.
The build was implemented on Webflow, ensuring flexibility for content updates and seamless integration of custom illustrations and AI-generated visuals.
